RLBC Ltd,
Was formed 1993 by Roderick Burton-Chambers, Managing Director.
The company is primarily involved in the design of Hostile Vehicle Mitigation, Arresters, Barriers and Blockers.as well as working with clients as project consultants.
The Design and development of these products are through intuitive observations and personal experiences spanning over 30 years. It was decided to design a system that not only breaks new ground or didn't break the ground as you shall see, but to attain the standard required by HM Government BSIPAS68, 2013. We also designed an Arrester/Blocker that out on its own is practical, tactical, and commercially viable for the changing world in which we all share.
The team at RLBC Limited has been involved in many major events in the United Kingdom including:

LONDON Olympics 2012
Thames Water Authority, London
Network Rail
Northern Ireland, HRH residence
Hillsborough Castle, Belfast
Cable and Wireless, Northern Ireland
HM Prison Service
MOD Barracks
Chemical Industry
Local councils and many more.
The Manufacture is carried out locally by precision engineers attaining the highest of (ISO 9001) 2008. Installation is carried out by trained Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. Training can also be arranged when required by qualified staff.
RLBC Limited prides its self on working closely with its clients and delivering a reliable solution on time and on budget. We have recently begun manufacturing in house in the United Kingdom assisting with delivery and maintenance aswell as reducing costs for the end user.
